Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

A penalty of one million won shall be additionally collected from a defendant.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2016. 5. 10. 이 법원에서 마약류 관리에 관한 법률위반( 향 정) 죄로 징역 1년을 선고 받고 2017. 1. 6. 순천 교도소에서 그 형의 집행을 종료하였는데, 법률에 따라 당국의 허가 나 지정을 받은 마약류 취급자가 아님에도 불구하고 아래와 같이 마약류에 속하는 향 정신성의약품인 메트 암페타민 [Methamphetamine, 일명 ‘ 필로폰(ヒロポン, Philopon)’, 이하 ‘ 필로폰’ 이라 한다] 을 취급하였다.

1. On May 17, 2018, the Defendant, on May 17, 2018, administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.07 gopon into a single-use injection machine at around 20:30 on May 17, 2018, in Busan Northern-gu, the Defendant injected them by inserting them into a single-use injection machine at around 0.07 gopon, and inserting them into the arms.

3. On May 20, 2018, the Defendant administered opphones in Gel H’s room located in Busan Northern-gu, around 00:30 on May 20, 2018, approximately 0.07g of opphones, (2) around 20:50, the Defendant administered opphones in each of the above methods.

4. On May 24, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones in the above DMoel E room around 00:30 on May 24, 2018, approximately 0.1g of philophones in the above manner.

1. Medication of phiphones;

A. On October 2017, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.03g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine at around 01:00 the Defendant’s house (I) toilets at around 01:00 on the lower order in October 2017.

B. On November 2017, the Defendant administered, on a one-time basis, at around 04:00 on the first day of November 2017, by inserting approximately 0.03g of philopon into a single-time mobile phone at the guest room located in the Busan Northern-gu, Busan-do, and melting into the stem cell line.
