A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and a fine of KRW 5,00,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine,

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a medical person, shall provide medical services, including a medical doctor, dentist, oriental medical doctor, midwife, or nurse licensed by the Minister of Health and Welfare.

At around 11:00 on May 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was not a dentist; (b) in the Defendant’s collection plan located in Permanent Resident C, he was fluor used for dental treatment; (c) Handbows used for cutting paths; (d) Handbows; (e) spoos used for manufacturing paths; (e) spoos; (e) spoos used for manufacturing paths; (e) x-fluors used for manufacturing paths; (f) fluors; (f) fluors used for manufacturing paths; (f) fluors; (f) fluors; (f) fluors used for manufacturing paths; (f) fluors; and (f) fluors and fluors treatment using paths at the right time; and (f) fluors and fluors treatment using fluter in the left.

From October 1, 2010 to the above date, the Defendant: (a) performed medical practice over a total of 568 times as shown in the annexed list of crimes; and (b) received KRW 371,140,000 in return, and received KRW 371,140,000 from a person who is not a dentist for profit.
