Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, this amount shall be 100.

Punishment of the crime

Around September 16, 2014, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that he/she would sell “Woo 1364,” “Woo 1364,” which he/she had on the Internet (www.cafe.naver.com/joint venture) to sell “Woo Dora”, and that he/she would give money to the victim C who reported and contacted the above notice to the effect that he/she would give money.

The Defendant received five (PIN No. 5462-2520-5892-653424, 5432-2419-2453-485107, 5422-222-2285-4258-690617, 5422-264-4601-7293, 5452-2601-7293, 5452-2815-60605108) from the injured party of cultural gift certificates, and acquired and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the above amount by means of inputting cultural gift certificates.

On October 13, 2014, the Defendant, on 2015, up to 16:00 on 13, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The game items are sold in 35,500 won” in the country’s “The game items are sold in 35,500 won”, and that the Defendant made a false statement to the victim D that “I would deliver the items if you send the purchase price of the items first.”
