Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant living in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, and the victim D residing in subparagraph 2 and c, and had no appraisal as a matter of noise between the two floors.

On January 15, 2020, at around 23:45, the Defendant assaulted the victim by using his hand his hair, salvating and pushing the victim’s hair in front of the Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and G association, which was disputing the issue of noise between floors with the victim.
