Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person engaging in driving of a vehicle using C concrete mixed truck construction machinery, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Insub-accident), the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped without taking measures to confirm the fact of damage, etc., even though the part on the right side of the mixed truck, which was front of the part on the driving seat and the left side of the damaged vehicle, was destroyed by the damage amounting to 2,091,960 won.
