A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A crime committed on June 16, 201;

B. On June 16, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving a car with approximately 5 km from the front of the 39-day “friend Amp-on,” to the front of the Ftel in the 39-day Ftel, on the road at the 14:20 p.m., without obtaining a driver’s license.
