A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2014, the Defendant: (a) leased Nos. 611 and 1607 of the Busan Jin-gu B building; and (b) operated the term “C” in the name of “C”, which is a commercial sex acts business establishment.

1. On April 25, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) provided guidance to 1607 rooms so that female employees may engage in commercial sex acts after receiving 120,000 won as the price for commercial sex acts from male customers on the Internet, who reported commercial sex acts posted by the Defendant on the Internet, and received 160,000 won as the price for commercial sex acts. On May 2, 2014, the Defendant provided guidance to 611 rooms to ensure that male customers, who are female employees, engage in commercial sex acts by the same method, around 16:30 on May 16, 2014, and provided guidance to 1607 rooms to allow male customers under their name in the same method to engage in commercial sex acts, and provided guidance to 40,000 won among his/her employees by dividing the price for commercial sex acts into 40,000 won from April 14.

2. At the time stated in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant operated the above Ckis bank, which is harmful to juveniles, within the school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone located in the G High School located in F of Busan, about 144, located in the G High School located in F of Busan, as described in the preceding paragraph.
