Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 11, 2017, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million by the Busan District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

At around 00:10 on May 27, 2020, the Defendant driven DSS6 cars at approximately 10 meters in the C-public parking lot located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government, under the influence of alcohol content 0.167%.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
