Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 10, 2018, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch.

On March 20, 2020, the Defendant driven D SM6 automobiles under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.091% at the front of the B apartment Cdong, 00:54.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
