1. The defendant shall calculate 48 million won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from February 6, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Around July 31, 2017, the Plaintiff lent KRW 48 million to the Defendant, and the fact that the period of repayment was October 3, 2017 can be recognized by adding the whole purport of the pleadings to the statement in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 48 million won with delayed payment calculated at the rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from February 6, 2020 to the day of full payment as the delivery day of the complaint as requested by the plaintiff as the repayment day after the repayment date.

The plaintiff's claim is legitimate and accepted.
