The defendant is a person who operates C Adult Products Points in Chuncheon City B.

Around 18:37 on October 14, 2014, when the Defendant was unable to sell drugs or obtain drugs for the purpose of selling them, the Defendant, at around 18:37, sold drugs to customers who found 1 to 10,000 won by selling the drugs to 10,000 won per single party to customers who found 1 to find out lumon type refining (Pflizer, VGR100 marks) containing a lusium (non-agly, a medicine) as a medicine at the above C adult product shop.
