1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 170,956,754 won and 166,468,964 won among them. From August 25, 1998 to August 31, 1998.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Credit Guarantee Fund (hereinafter referred to as the “Overseas Fund”) concluded a credit guarantee agreement with the Defendant as listed below, and made the payment by subrogation to the financial institution.
Loan No. 1, 200,000 won by subrogation of KRW 54,501,847 won on August 25, 1998 on the date of guarantee of the Industrial Bank of Korea loan of discount notes, company general loan of loans to the Bank of Korea, Industrial Bank of Korea, Industrial Bank of Korea, Industrial Bank of Korea, on April 12, 1997, on April 13, 1997.
B. On May 7, 2010, the non-party fund filed a lawsuit against the defendant et al. for the claim for reimbursement amounting to the Seoul Central District Court 2009Da273406, the defendant filed a judgment on May 7, 2010 that "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 170,956,754 won and 166,46,468,964 won among them, 25% per annum from August 25, 1998 to August 31, 1998, 20% per annum from the next day to December 31, 1998, 20% per annum from the next day to December 11, 2009, and 20% per annum from the next day to December 11, 2009," which became final and conclusive.
C. On November 29, 2013, Nonparty Fund transferred its claim against the Defendant to the Plaintiff, and sent a notice of assignment of claim by content-certified mail on December 20, 2013.

2. According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 170,956,754 won again brought a lawsuit for the extension of prescription and 166,468,964 won among them, 25% per annum from August 25, 1998 to August 31, 1998; 20% per annum from the next day to December 31, 1998; 18% per annum from the next day to December 11, 2009; and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.
3. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
