Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] The defendant was sentenced to the attachment of a juvenile protection case by the Chuncheon District Public Prosecutor's Office on November 20, 2002 due to the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and on December 12, 2002, the defendant was sentenced to the attachment of a juvenile protection case by a special larceny at the same public prosecutor's office on December 12, 2002. On March 14, 2003, the Daejeon District Public Prosecutor's Office was sentenced to the attachment of a juvenile protection case due to the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and on January 27, 2005, was sentenced to one year and three years of suspended execution for the same crime, from the Daegu District Court's public branch on October 26, 2007 to the same crime, and was sentenced to a summary order from the Incheon District Court's branch on June 17, 2009 to the fine of Daejeon District Court on March 20, 2010
【Criminal Facts】
1. On May 19, 2015, the Defendant attempted to habitually larceny the victim’s property at around 11:00 on the date on which the victim D, who was located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, was released, and then entered the house, tried to steal the victim’s property located in the house, but did not discover the things so, and did not intend to do so, from that time until May 19, 2015, the Defendant attempted to habitually steals the victim’s property over 18 times in total, including the statement No. 1,5,9,13,14,16, 19 through 22, 25, 32, 33, 35, 37, 42, 43, and 444.
2. On November 13:50 on November 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a door door, which was not corrected in the house of the Victim F, and entered the house and was stolen with cash of KRW 1.50,000,000 from May 29, 2015; and (b) from that time, until May 29, 2015, the Defendant committed a theft with cash of KRW 1.50,000,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000: (a) around 13:50, 2014; (b) and (c) from that time, up to May 29, 2015.
