A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 28, 2005, the Defendant was subject to a disposition of taking custody of juvenile protection cases as a special larceny at the Mapo-si Office of Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office, and was subject to a disposition of taking custody of juvenile protection cases as a result of the same crime at the same prosecutors' office on December 27, 2008, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on April 17, 2008 due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) on April 5, 2010, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on April 5, 2010

8.6. The Yeongdeungpo-gu District Court completed the enforcement of the sentence.

The defendant habitually stolen or attempted to steals the victims' property at least seven times as follows.

1. At around 19:30 on September 26, 2010, the Defendant: (a) opened a closed warehouse and intruded up to an open room; (b) opened a set of 20,000 won in total owned by the victim; (c) opened a cellular phone with 200,000 won in market price; and (d) removed one head of the agricultural bank, one head of the agricultural bank, and one of the post-office head; and (c) stolen it.

2. On the same day, the Defendant entered the above passbook in a cash payment machine and divided the password in order to withdraw and steal cash using a stolen agricultural bank passbook, as described in the above paragraph (1), at an advanced agricultural cooperative branch located in F 20:00 on the same day. However, the Defendant did not commit an attempted charge with the wind that does not coincide with the password.

3. At around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant entered the above passbook in a cash payment machine to withdraw and steal cash using a stolen post office passbook, as mentioned in the above paragraph (1), at the Jindo post office located in the same Gun-Eup, Jindo-do, but the above passbook was not intended due to the wind of the passbook that cannot be used at the cash payment machine.

4. On the 27th day of the same month, the Defendant: (a) around 01:30, while passing ahead of H in G, 501, the Defendant 501.
