Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

Criminal facts

On June 9, 2017, at around 07:57, the Defendant: (a) operated the said car on a four-lane side of the five-lane road in front of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-si; (b) was negligent in failing to properly operate the steering gear at the front three-lanes of the victim E(30 years old) driving, while driving the said car on a five-lane surface in the front of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, the Defendant continued to return the said car to the fourth-lane; and (c) took the front part of the said part of the said passenger car by the victim G (34 years old) driving the Ham-gu, the lower part of the said passenger car, who was driving on the fourth-lane road.

In the above accident, the Defendant suffered injury, such as salt, tension, etc. of the bones of neck, which requires medical care of approximately two weeks to the victim E, and injury to the victim G, such as light fat, tension, tension, etc., requiring medical care of about two weeks, and at the same time, the Defendant, who is the victim I, destroyed the above string vehicles owned by the victim G to take repair costs of KRW 1,402,860, such as replacement of back panions, etc., and escaped without taking necessary measures, even though the Defendant destroyed the above string vehicles owned by the victim G to cover KRW 709,575, such as replacement of back panions.
