Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

1. On January 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) had not refunded the drinking value on January 9, 2020; (b) had the victim D (Nam, 25 years of age) who is an employee of the singing shop B located in the previous Eup/Eup/Myeon; (c) had a knife (the total length of 33cc, the knife length of 22cc, and No. 1) used a knife (the total length of 33cc, the knife length of 22cc, and the knife No. 1) used a knife in the Defendant’s residential area,

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
