Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2012, at around 16:20 on August 31, 2012, the Defendant continued to attend an assembly on August 31, 2018, by attending the meeting on August 31, 2012, and occupying the road along with the participants of the assembly, etc., and by occupying the road.

At around 14:00 on August 31, 2012, the Defendant attended the above assembly held in front of the above universal meeting. From around 15:20 to around 7,00 the attending person, the Defendant was able to go on to the public square in Seoul Station, the sublime funeral and the Bank of Korea street room. On the same day at around 16:20 on the same day, the Defendant was crypted in 17:30 on the same day at the entrance of B from the building to the 17:30 on the same day, and occupied 8 lanes in each direction of each department store.

Ultimately, the Defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on the land.
