A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B car.

At around 07:40 on January 26, 2014, the Defendant driven the previous three distance in front of the old-day engineering, which is in the mountain-do, Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si, and had the Defendant drive the said car directly from the long-term room to the rooftop-long distance.

The location is a three-distance intersection where traffic is controlled by signal apparatus, so in such a case, the defendant who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to proceed in accordance with the signals.
