The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the Korean Teachers' Union.

50 public officials' organizations, including the National Public Officials' Union, the Korean Teachers' Union, the National Teachers' Union, the Korean Teachers' Union, the Korean Federation of Teachers' Organizations, and the Joint Countermeasure Committee for the Improvement of Private School Pension System, committed against the government's pension reform plan, and continued the government's strike on May 29, 2014, while organizing the Joint Stopdown Headquarters for the Prevention of Meritorious of Public Pension (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Official Pension") and continuing the government strike on March 28, 2015.

At around 14:00 on March 28, 2015, the Defendant appeared together with 60,000 visitors who had no name at the above resolution conference held by Hando-do-si Seoul Metropolitan City City City City Culture Embdo-si, and thereafter, at around 16:15 on the same day, there are 5,00 participants who belong to the Korean Public Officials' Union and the Korean Teachers' Union, and at the same time, there are 5,000 participants who are in the presence of the Korean Teachers' Union and the Korean Teachers' Union, and at the same time, the Defendant moved along the way prior to the direction of the running at the Empob-si, which was not reported as soon as possible, and obstructed the career in front of the building at the Hando-do-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Culture Embur. At around 16:35, the Defendant was ordered to dissolve at around 16:50 and around 16:16:50, around 17:27, 1977.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
