A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2017, the defendant appealed from the Busan District Court's branch branch court's imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) and is still pending in the appellate court's trial.

Criminal facts

On July 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) prepared a false complaint with the purport that “Defendant C shall have a certificate of his seal impression on December 28, 2016 (hereinafter “D”); (b) forged a copy of the shareholders’ general meeting or a copy of the board of directors’ meeting to the effect that D’s representative director shall be changed to Defendant C’s address; (b) forged a written contract to purchase and sell the land of Nonparty C, 1/2, and shipped it to the registry office; and (c) submitted it to Defendant C, 2, 3, 3, 2017, 1/6, 7, 3, 200, 200, 3,000, 3,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,000.

However, in fact, the Defendant secured 50 million won land from F on September 5, 2016.
