Punishment of the crime

On June 6, 2018, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.124% among blood transfusion at around 23:3, the Defendant driven a 2 km Bwork B rocketing car from the Do near the Dongcheon-dong, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Gwangju to the Do in front of the coefficient in the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu.
