On April 19, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 00:30% from blood alcohol level, driven a BSbane car at approximately 50 meters from the front day of the Mebane in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the blind-ro in Seo-gu, Seo-gu.
