Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On August 21, 2009, Defendant A was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. Defendant
B was sentenced to one year and four months of imprisonment for habitual special larceny and perjury at the Suwon District Court on November 20, 2015, and on January 11, 2017, Cheongju District Court was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in Young-dong Branch of the Cheongju District Court on November 29, 2019 and was sentenced to eight times of punishment for the same crime.
【Criminal Facts】
1. The Defendants’ co-offenders, using a large and congested gap in the bus stops, committed a theft of another person’s wallets under the method of “retailing” in the name of the Defendant A, and Defendant B shared the wind with the winding around the bus stops.
