Facts of crime

Since October 2002, the Defendant is responsible for the selection and recommendation of sports-specific trainees in the Presidential Decree, guidance and supervision of athletes, and the selection of sports-based players, as a supervisor of the Presidential Decree of B High School from October 2002.

On January 24, 2009, the Defendant requested C to the effect that “The mother of the students of the So-gu C at the So-called So-called So-called So-called So-called So-called So-called So-called So-called So-called So-called So-called So-called “A” is different in view of convenience.

In the meantime, one copy of the one million won check has been received, and on March 20 of the same year, upon receipt of a request to the same effect on March 20 of the same year.

Accordingly, the defendant received 2 million won in return for illegal solicitation in relation to his duties.
