Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter Cargo Vehicles.

On May 25, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 10:25, driving the said cargo at a section of about 1 km from the front of the medical center of the Council, which is located in the interest line 142, to the front of the available intersection located in the parliamentary road of the Council.
