A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On October 18, 2013, at around 18:25, 2013, the Defendant driven B Poter freight without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1 1 km section from the front of the Samwon High School located in the Gyeongcheon-gun, Samcheon-gun, Samcheon-do to the front of the Poter branch.
