Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[2012 high-level 989] On September 19, 201, the Defendant, using an Internet PC at an insular place around 20:00, issued a letter to foster character level by accessing the Nos. 2 game site using an Internet PC. The Defendant reported the above writing to the victim B who contacted the Defendant, and had no intent or ability to foster character level. However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to foster character level.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received a total of KRW 80,000 from the new bank account (Account Number: C) in the name of the Defendant on two occasions as a consideration for fostering character from the victim around that time, and acquired it by fraud.

1. On December 20, 201, at around 22:24, the Defendant, using an Internet PC, issued a letter to foster character level by accessing the No. 2 game site in Gwangju Northern-gu D 101, and said that the Defendant would cultivate character level to the victim E who reported the above letter to the Defendant, but the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to foster character level.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 400,000 won from the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number:F) in the name of the Defendant as a consideration for fostering character at around that time from the victim and acquired it by fraud.

2. On December 23, 2011, the Defendant: (a) at the same place, at around 15:28, 201, called “the Defendant had no intention or ability to foster the character level” to the Defendant, holding the victim G with the victim G who had access to the nice 2 game site by using the Internet PC and had been aware of the usual level; (b) but, in fact, the Defendant did not have an intention or ability to foster the character level.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above, and receives 50,000 won from the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number:F) in the name of the defendant for the consideration of fostering character around that time.
