1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Basic Facts

The plaintiff is a company engaged in the business of manufacturing, wholesale and retailing, and trading of pressure instruments and machines. The defendant is a company engaged in manufacturing special vehicles such as special vehicles for feed transportation, manufacturing industrial machinery and equipment and manufacturing, manufacturing agricultural machinery manufacturing, etc.

(1) On May 23, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) supplied the Defendant with oil pressure pumps and 12 kinds of oil pressure pumps to KRW 156,970,000; (b) supplied valves, etc. to KRW 26,00,00 on May 29, 2013; (c) supplied beer carbage sets to KRW 6,850,000 on December 19, 2013; and (d) entered into a contract with the Defendant to supply the further pumps to KRW 82,50,000 on December 19, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as “instant sales contract”) with the purchase price of KRW 82,50,00 on December 19, 2013; and where it is not necessary to separate the subject matter of the sales, the total amount of the instant pressure pumps, etc. shall be referred to as “the instant oil pressure pumps, etc.”
