The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The Defendant was a foreigner of Egypt nationality, and the victim B (the age of 18) was a foreigner of the Japanese nationality, and the Defendant and the victim became aware of the fact through the Mebrypt Mebrypt. The Defendant had expressed his intention to refuse the Mebrypt by attempting to do so to the victim of Egypt.

On November 10, 2018, at around 23:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who was a juvenile, by putting the shoulder of the victim, who was committing a shooting game in the second floor game room in the building near the Bupyeongcheon-si, Seocheon-si.

B. On November 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00, the Victim’s house located in Seocheon-si C with the victim; (b) the victim was able to take measures together with the victim; (c) brought the victim into his/her own arms after the defective victim’s crypt; and (d) subsequently, hack the victim’s shoulder with his/her arms and forced the juvenile victim to commit an indecent act.

C. On November 24, 2018, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the juvenile victim by taking the hand of the victim himself/herself, while taking coffees together with the victim, on the Ekbook located in Bupyeong-si, Bupyeong-si, 23:30 on November 24, 2018.

2. The defendant and his defense counsel's assertion of facts charged

The act in subsection (b) is the extent that the defendant satisfys the shoulder of the victim while the defendant satisfys only, and the facts charged.
