The sentence against the accused shall be determined by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From March 26, 2010, the Defendant was not the owner of Gwangju Dong-gu D Housing located in the redevelopment area, and until October 16, 2015, the Defendant was not qualified as the members of C&A, representatives, and election management members when acquiring the share of public land of the said housing on October 16, 2015, while working as election management members around July 2015.

Nevertheless, on July 31, 2015, the defendant attended the 12th council of representatives opened at the C Housing Redevelopment Association office located in Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju, as a representative, in the capacity of the representative, and the same year.

8. 11. Attendance of the 13th council of delegates open at the same place, and of the 14th council of delegates open at the same place on June 10 of the same year, respectively, and the same year; and

7. An election management member at a meeting of the representatives election management committee held in the same place; the same year;

8.3. A meeting of an open committee for election management at the same place, the same year;

8.4. An open meeting of the Election Management Committee at the same place and an open meeting of the Election Management Committee at the same place on October 13 of the same year, respectively.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, acted as a representative or election management member without any qualifications, and attended various meetings and acted as a representative or election management member, thereby hindering the work of the C Housing Redevelopment Association as a deceptive scheme.
