1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

B On July 12, 2013, the Busan District Court was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court, and the decision was finalized on July 22, 2013.
1. Defendant A: (a) around 00:30 on May 16, 2013, at the International Training Center Broadcasting Station C located in the Hadong-dong-gun, Hanam-dong-gun, and (b) at the 18 cell phone 18 mobile phones owned by 14,980,000 in the total market price of 18 persons, including the victim K, which is the third-year student of the Busan J secondary School, kept in the said place, and stolen the Defendant’s cell phone 18 cell phoness in plastic bags.

3. At around 18:00 on November 17, 2012, Defendant C purchased 22 cellphones from Q to acquire 1,680,000 won by purchasing 1,680,000 won by purchasing 1,00,000 won in total, including gallon S2 mobile phones with the market value of KRW 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won or more.
4. On January 2013, 2013, Defendant D found one cell phone jumian-based jumian-based 700,000 won (70,000,000 won) of the market value where the victim was lost on the road near the Busan Jindong-gu, Busan.
The defendant did not follow the necessary procedures such as returning the aforementioned acquired mobile phone to the victim, and instead embezzled the victim's idea, etc., he/she set forth in the attached list of crimes (4).
