[criminal history] Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the port of the Daegu District Court on May 9, 2013, and on April 8, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to three months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on April 8, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 16, 2014, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Gwangju District Court on January 18, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and C;

A. On October 27, 2016, the Defendants jointly removed a door-to-door box from the victim D (42 tax)’s surveillance room at the victim D (42 tax) room at the 39 CJ terminal site, Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, 1447, as it was 147, and cut off a door-to-door box with 140,000 won at the market price by taking advantage of the gap where the surveillance was neglected.

On November 16, 2016, the Defendants: (a) opened a door-to-door stuff with a gap in which the surveillance of the victim D was neglected; (b) cut off with a precious metal set of at least KRW 500,000 in the market price, while the Defendants were engaged in a door-to-door stack work at the Dob Terminal terminal site of the said CJ on November 16, 2016.

2. On October 2016, Defendant A’s sole criminal defendant committed the instant single crime, one half of the market price of the Victim G owned by the F, which was the strong horse of F, F, located in Daegu Suwon-gu E, and one half of the total market price of F, which was the largest horse of F, which was stolen by F.
