Punishment of the crime

1. At night, around 05:20 on August 27, 2014, the Defendant stolen KRW 20,000,000 in cash owned by the victim C, following the opening of the “D” restaurant operated by the victim C, which was then invaded into the restaurant, and then, at the credit cooperative located in the carcter, was stolen.
