[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and four months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
Defendants, K, L, and M intent to gather money from gambling participants at a place in which it is difficult for investigative agencies to regulate gambling in the free will, and collect fees from gambling participants, or from a certain rate of fees (hereinafter referred to as “satis”) at each time.
