A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months and a fine of up to three hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. An attempted thief who intrudes on night buildings;

A. On October 11, 2017, at around 18:30, the Defendant colored electric wires, etc. that may intrude into and steals the corridor of the first floor of the F building in the former E-school, managed by the victim D private teaching institutes located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seocheon-gun, and then did not have any tools to cut electric wires, and thus, did not commit an attempted crime, even though the Defendant intruded into the corridor on the corridor of the first floor of G building through the window without correcting the first floor of G building, and did not have any tools to cut the electric wires.

B. On October 17, 2017, around 20:00, the Defendant excavated the first floor window of the G building in order to capture and steals electric wires, etc., but prior to committing an offense, the Defendant considered that the commission of the crime was discovered, and attempted to flee.

2. On October 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a corridor via the shoulder window on the first floor of the above FF building on a night-time basis; (b) cut off approximately 20 meters of cable wires and approximately 3 meters of Dong ices connected to the overall section of the first floor, which are a tool between the two; and (c) cut off and cut off around 20 meters of cable lines and approximately 3 meters of Dong ices; and (d) during the period from around November 1, 2017 to around five times in total, as shown in the attached Table 1 list of crimes committed during the period from around 20:0 to November 1, 2017, the Defendant stolen the property at the market price of KRW 2,268,230.

On October 11, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving at around 18:30 on October 11, 2017, the Defendant, from the Defendant’s home located in Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, D Private Teaching Institutes, to the front end of the D Private Teaching Institutes located in Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and driving the 149C large-scale Obacs without obtaining a bicycle driver’s license from the front end of the D Private Teaching Institutes to the front end of the Defendant’s home, and driving the 10cc large-scale ocaca without obtaining a bicycle driver’s license from the front end of the D Private Teaching Institutes to the front end of the Defendant’s home, and from that end, from that to November 6, 2017.
