A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On June 25, 2019, around June 25, 2019, the Defendant, at around 20:28, entered the above C Women’s Toilets column in order to photograph the physical parts, such as the sexual flag of women’s toilets users, etc.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on toilets, which are places used by unspecified persons, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

B. On July 9, 2019, around July 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around July 19, 2019, around July 33, 2019, reported that, in the above C, women under the name entered the toilet to take the physical parts, such as the sex of women’s toilets, entered the toilet; and (b) entered the above C Women’s toilet column.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on toilets, which are places used by unspecified persons, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

C. On July 10, 2019, around 18:50 on July 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) reported that, around July 10, 2019, in the above C, female toilets users entered the toilet to take the physical parts, such as the sexual flag of female toilets; and (b) entered the above C female toilets.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on toilets, which are places used by many unspecified people, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

On July 11, 2019, around July 11, 2019, the Defendant reported that D was entering a toilet to photograph the body parts, such as the sexual flag of female toilet users, etc., at the above C around July 18, 2019, and taken photographs of D, with a cell phone with the aforementioned C's toilet screen, where D was seated in a portable erogate (hereinafter referred to as knee knee photograph).

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on toilets, which are places used by unspecified persons, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

2. A defendant who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter referred to as "amera, etc.") shall be punished by the defendant.
