A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 5, 2015, around 07:30, at the office of the Kuju Police Station D District Office located in Kuju-si, and around 06:45 on the same day, the Defendant took a bath that the Defendant could not put in the face a flagrant offender arrested due to a violation of the Cultural Heritage Protection Act, and assaulted twice the water contained in the World Cup with the background of the affiliation of the said district unit E, backgroundF’s face, and background of the instant case, preparing related documents for the violation of the Cultural Heritage Protection Act.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on criminal investigation affairs.
