1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant C, E, and F shall be jointly and severally paid KRW 691,778,860 and shall be fully paid from November 1, 2008.
Reasons
1. Determination as to claims against Defendant C, E, F, and G
(a)as shown in the grounds for the attachment of the claim;
(b) Defendant C, F, and G of the applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (decision by service by public notice): Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) and (1) (decision by public notice) of the Civil Procedure Act;
2. Determination as to the claim against Defendant H
A. The plaintiff filed a loan claim lawsuit against the defendant H, and the defendant H on November 11, 2008 "the defendant H" was ordered to do so by the defendant E and G, respectively, to the plaintiff.
C. Of the money listed in paragraph (1), 35,00,000 won and the interest thereon, 5% per annum from August 13, 2008 to November 11, 2008, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and 35,000,000 won per annum from Defendant G and each of the orders 1
D. (1) Of the money set forth in paragraph (1), the Court held that 21,520,000 won and 5% per annum from August 13, 2008 to November 11, 2008, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment (Seoul Central District Court 2008Gahap4372, hereinafter “the preceding judgment of this case”).
(2) On December 17, 2018, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit against Defendant H in order to extend the extinctive prescription period of the instant judgment’s claim against Defendant H.

B. According to the above findings of the determination as to the cause of the claim, Defendant H is jointly with Defendant E and G and ordered the Plaintiff to submit the decision.
C. Of the amount described in paragraph (1), 35,00,000 won and the interest thereon, 5% per annum from August 13, 2008 to November 11, 2008, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, as well as 35,000,000 won and 1% per annum with Defendant G.
(d) Of the amount described in paragraph (1), 21,520,000 won and the interest thereon shall be paid 5% per annum from August 13, 2008 to November 11, 2008 and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.
