1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 636,870,943 as well as KRW 596,961,82 as of November 27, 2007 to November 13, 2008.
Reasons
1. The following facts are recognized in full view of the respective descriptions of Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 5 and the purport of the entire pleadings:
A. On August 1, 2008, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking reimbursement against Defendant B, C, C, D, E, E, F, G, H, and I Co., Ltd. as Seoul Western District Court 2008Kadan64501.
B. On December 23, 2008, the above court rendered the following rulings, and the above rulings became final and conclusive on January 15, 2009.
The Plaintiff
A. As to Defendant B Co., Ltd, C Co., Ltd, E, and D’s joint and several KRW 2,932,622,713 and KRW 783,907,854 among them, the amount calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from November 27, 2007 to November 13, 2008 and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment;
B. Defendant, H, and G are above A.
A. The Defendants stated in the claim are jointly and severally liable for damages.
Of the money stated in paragraph (1), 784,619,052 won and 783,907,854 won and 15% per annum from November 27, 2007 to November 13, 2008, and 20% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment;

A. The Defendants stated in the claim are jointly and severally liable for damages.
Of the money stated in paragraph (1), 2,148,03,661 won and 2,124,876,024 won and 15% per annum from December 18, 2007 to November 13, 2008 and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment;
D. I Co., Ltd. is above A.
A. The Defendants stated in the claim are jointly and severally liable for damages.
Of the money stated in paragraph (1), 1,16,208,849 won and 1,105,850,229 won and 15% interest per annum from December 28, 2007 to November 13, 2008, and 20% interest per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, respectively.
C. On December 10, 2018, the Plaintiff collected part of the claim for the above judgment amount, and as of December 10, 2018, pursuant to the joint and several surety agreement with the Defendant, the principal claim of KRW 596,961,82 for indemnity amount and damages for delay amounting to KRW 1,607,431 for payment from November 27, 2007, and damages for delay amounting to KRW 37,591,560 for substitute payment, and damages for fixed amount of KRW 710,130 for indemnity amount.
