1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,176,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 20, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in each statement in subparagraphs A through 4, the Plaintiff was requested by the Defendant to supply goods, such as “sports sofes,” equivalent to KRW 27720,00 (excluding value-added tax) around October 12, 2015, and the Defendant was supplied on November 5, 2015. There is no counter-proof, and the fact that the Plaintiff received KRW 8,316,000 out of the price of the goods is the Plaintiff.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of 22,176,00 won (27,720,000 won X 110% - X 8,316,00 won) out of the price of the above goods and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from July 20, 2016 to the day of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff, on the day following the delivery date.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case seeking its implementation is accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
