Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 26, 2013, at around 00:10, the Defendant:36-10, around the front side of the Han Twit Securities Building located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-dong 36-1, on the ground that the slope C of the Daegu Jung-gu Police Station B police box sent to the site after receiving a report of 112 due to the trial cost, listens to the statement concerning the details of the report from D by the taxi driver D, and the Defendant expressed the above police officer “I am fright, and I am am fright, I am am fright, and I am am.” The Defendant saw the above police officer “I amfright, I am am fright, and I am am a part of the chest of the above police officer at his hand, and amfen by drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of reports and maintenance of on-site order by the police officers.
