1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On December 23, 200, the Plaintiff purchased 321 square meters and 4,942 square meters (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”) prior to the Gyeonggi-gun B and completed the registration of ownership transfer in its name.

2. According to the above facts of determination as to the cause of the claim, the defendant occupies the site of this case as the water of this case.
Therefore, barring special circumstances, the Plaintiff is obligated to return unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent for the site for the instant water use to the Plaintiff, barring special circumstances.
3. Defendant’s assertion and judgment
A. Of the instant land, the purport of the assertion is that the instant land was used as part of the water used as a part of the water used for farming in the past before the Plaintiff acquired the instant land, and that the packaging work was conducted by residents who experienced frequent floods.
