1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The land survey division prepared by the shipbuilding General Preliminary Land Survey Bureau in relation to Yang-gun-gun-gun-gun of Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter “instant land survey division”) is written as the address of G on December 1, 1913 (2 years in 1913, 2 years in 2 years in 2 years in 1913) was 8,855 square meters (hereinafter “H land”).
