A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 24, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Daegu District Court's Ansan Branch on June 24, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on May 24, 2017.
1. Around 14:00 on April 21, 2018, the Defendant driven a 12 km truck without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the residence in the permanent resident city B to the front of the D University located in the same city C, and without obtaining a driver’s license from around 12 km.
2. On April 21, 2018, at around 14:30, the Defendant interfered with his duties: (a) entered D University G G, administered by the victim F (the age of 56) of permanent residence C, and attempted to enter the situation room by putting him/her “the balone balone balone”; (b) continuously going to the second floor with the president’s office; and (c) tried to remove him/her from the victim, thereby intending to remove him/her from the victim; and (d) “I am well away from his/her school,” and “I am to my balone balone balone balone balone balone balone balone balone balone,” and interfered with the victim’s work of managing the D University situation room by force, such as “I ambal one-hour bal one-hour

Around 14:30 on April 21, 2018, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender with interference with business by a police station patrol box of the permanent police station dispatched to the site after receiving a report by 112 that “the principal offender is suffering from disturbance and avoiding disturbance,” while drinking alcohol within the campus of the aforementioned D University and driving the wing-III cargo vehicle as stated in paragraph (1) while under the influence of alcohol before the above D University G, as described in paragraph (2).
At around 15:55 on the same day, the Defendant is deemed to have driven a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, such as smelling from I to the police station of the permanent police station located in J of permanent residence, smelling I while drinking, flying red on the face.
