Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of the Korea Trade Union E-Seoul branch office.

E jointly and severally demanded the guarantee of basic labor rights, the introduction of a standard fare system, and the increase of transportation charges, etc. as the starting point of June 25, 2012, and the collective refusal of transportation by each region was to be punished, and accordingly, E jointly and severally participated in the act of refusing transportation from the same day.
