A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,00, and by a fine of KRW 700,000,000, respectively.

The Defendants were punished by fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 17:55 on May 10, 2013, the Defendants’ co-offendered Defendants sent 30 participants in the event of Defendant A’s call at the conference of the “Resolution on SPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

As a result, the Defendants invaded upon the structure managed by the victim H, in collaboration with the name weak boxes.

2. Defendant A

A. Violation of the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint destruction and damage, etc.) (hereinafter “Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc.”) (hereinafter “Joint Destruction, etc.”) caused 30 participants in the assembly to move to the rear door of the said building at the time and time near the H head office, and caused 4 meters wide, 4 meters long, 4.6 meters long, and 4.6 meters wide by hand to knife with a iron mortar in hand, 90cm thick, and 2 meters long.

B. On April 10, 2013, the Defendant reported an outdoor assembly by stating the name of the assembly from around 00:01 to around 23:59 on May 9, 201, to “the 3, 4, 5, and the delivery of the head office prior to India and H head office”, the organizer of the assembly to “H administration A”, and the method of assembly to “the speech-making and tobacco spawnity” respectively.

However, as above, the Defendant moved to the rear door of the H headquarters building with the participants in the temporary border like Paragraph 1.
