Defendant

A is a certified architect, and the defendants B, C, D, E, and F are persons eligible to be a certified architect to perform construction supervision services by assisting the certified architect in construction supervision at the construction site.

1. Defendant A

A. On February 2014, the Defendant received KRW 7 million from I and J from H architect office located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, and used the name of the private party to conduct the construction supervision of the construction works of the building works of the building works of the Nam-gu, Incheon.

B. On August 2014, the Defendant received KRW 7 million from I and J at the above H architect office around the following day, and he used the name of the Defendant to perform the construction supervision of the construction work of the building work of the Incheon Southern-gu L Multi-Family Housing.
