A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a partnership with C, is the actual proprietor operating the “E Gameland” and the “G Gameland” located in the Silsan City F.

1. The Defendant, along with C, employed “G Gameland” from August 16, 2012 to September 16:00, 2012 to September 27, 2012, employed H and money exchange merchants I, and provided 50 games of “space Daejeon A” to many and unspecified customers, and exchanged gift (i.e., item card) obtained through the use of the games at KRW 4,500 after deducting 500 won per item from the commission of the games.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with C, etc. to exchange results obtained through the use of game products for business purposes.

2. From the early October 2012 to November 5, 2012, the Defendant, along with C, carried out money exchange business in a manner of exchanging 4,500 won after deducting 500 won per paper commission from the user of a game machine, by setting up 50 game machine of the “E Gameland” in the “E Gameland”, by employing J and money exchange merchants I, who are the president of the BB and I, and then providing them to many unspecified customers.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with C, etc. to exchange results obtained through the use of game products for business purposes.
