Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of three million won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the District Court of the Republic of Korea for two years, and on June 14, 2011, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the same court on June 14, 2011, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 19, 201, and the said suspended sentence was terminated on July 29, 2014.

"2016 Highest 5732"

1. From August 15, 2016, around 04:21, the Defendant: (a) opened a door No. 167 to the "D Mana" male escape room located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) taken away the victim’s 7,90,000 won in cash and one transportation card from the victim’s possession; and (c) stolen the victim’s 1,580,000 won in market price over seven occasions, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form.

2. On August 15, 2016, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) opened No. 76 of the victim’s things using his/her name in the “D Macena” as stated in paragraph (1) around August 15, 2016; and (b) followed the proposal of things using his/her name in the “D Macena”

On September 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a container near G church located in the Gangnam Hawon-gun, Gangwon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on September 20, 2015, wherein the victim H was living; and (b) opened a 20,000 won in cash, the cash owned by the victim located in the bed; and (c) brought about theft from the market price. The Defendant, including that, from the first day to October 23, 2015, stolen or attempted property of the aggregate amount of KRW 50,000,000 in the market price over three occasions, such as written in the list of crimes.

On May 23, 2015, the Defendant 2016, the 2016 High 3202 Defendant 1 met with the victim K (hereinafter referred to as 20 years old, female) through smartphone-making display in front of the 'Jelel I' located in Sinpo City around 00:30 on May 23, 2015, and 706 Maurel with the victim’s view to drinking together.
