Punishment of the crime

1. A person who has violated the Road Traffic Act (not later than an accident) is driving a B-learning passenger car.

On April 25, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 21:53, and changed the course to the two-lanes by driving the D Industrial Complex in Young-gun C, Nam-gun, and driving from the south side of the Korean Peninsula to the south side of the Gun.

No driver shall change his/her course when it is likely to impede normal traffic of other vehicles running in the direction to which he/she intends to change his/her course.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, failed to stop immediately and failed to take necessary measures, even though the part of the Funstren's seat plate driven by the victim E, which was driven by the two-lane due to the occupational negligence of changing the course, was shocked with the front front right part of the Defendant's vehicle, and a approximately KRW 500,000 of the repair cost was damaged to the extent that it was destroyed.
